These terms of use governs your purchases from, and your use of, the http://www.monjoi.comwebsite and forms a contract between you and A Petit Group AB, Swedish company registration number 559008-7945, Vanåsgatan 17, 21620, Malmö, Sweden (hereinafter “Monjoi”). By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.


Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.


You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards, PayPal, Stripe or Klarna. With payment by credit or debit cards, PayPal or Stripe manages all of our banking transactions. A Petit Group AB does not handle any credit card numbers.

Payment by card

Pay with your Visa or MasterCard securely over the Internet. PayPal or Stripe handles your payment with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, Monjoi may automatically cancel your order.

All prices on our homepage include Swedish VAT which is 25% of the price.
Depending on country, the customs may put additional fees regarding import tax, this tax is paid by the costumer.
Monjoi will not cover these eventual import taxes.


Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or otherwise as a result of Monjoi suffer economic damage will be reported to the police. Monjoi holds the right to change prices, correct incorrect prices on all orders as well as final sales. If a price is obviously incorrect, this may compel Monjoi to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time. Private Consumers have the right to return the order within 30 days from receiving the order. The right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. Monjoi is not responsible for incorrect information that leads to an incorrect order.
The costumer is fully responsible for the information provided in the order. If consumers use their right to send back an order they should contact Monjoi in order to get an address to send the goods to. Return shipping is paid by the consumer. If an item is damaged during transport, Monjoi should be contacted within 30 days for information about compensation.


Warranty term: Two year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the product itself. To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form on the "contact us" page. In the e-mail you need to specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. Finally, write ‘reclaim of purchase’ as subject of the e-mail and mail.
Note that repair/replacements will be charged in the following cases, even during the warranty term: 
- Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness. 
- Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification 
- Failure or damage caused by fire or water, or a natural disaster such as for example an earthquake 
- Esthetic changes that occur during normal usage and tear and aging (minor scratches, etc.; alteration of the color on the case)- In case the retail store and the purchase date are not indicated on the warranty, or if this information has been rewritten - If the warranty is not submitted along with the product.
This warranty warrants that you can receive free replacement in accordance with the terms set forth herein and within the specified term, and shall not restrict any lawful right of the Customer.

When shopping with Monjoi we will save some of your data to fulfill your purchase. Monjoi treats all personal information confidential. You have the right to request access to your data and if there is anything wrong you can get it changed or removed. Product Information

Monjoi has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the product. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.


Please Note: The images we display have the most accurate color possible. Due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen. Please keep in mind we do not have control over the color accuracy of photos taken by others.

Delivery and cancellations

Monjoi ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with PostNord for Swedish costumers and DHL for international orders. You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting Monjoi’s customer service or using the contact form on Monjoi’s website within 30 days from receiving the goods www.Monjoi.com provided the goods are unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the cost and risk for transporting the returned goods to Monjoi will be on you. In cases where you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Monjoi either by email or telephone. If a product has been discontinued Monjoi has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Monjoi will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
If you enter an incorrect address when ordering, Monjoi is not responsible for that the delivery time might be longer than normal. The costumer is fully responsible for entering the correct information when ordering. We recommend all costumers to check the details before placing an order. If the customer has entered an incorrect address to where the product shall be delivered, it has to be changed before the order is fulfilled. The change of address can only be done after contact with Monjoi on e-mail. Kindly enter the order number as well as the correct delivery information when contacting us on; Info@monjoi.com.

What will happen if I do not collect my order?

All our orders are sent so that they will be delivered to your address stated in the order. If that is not the case, because the order could not be delivered for any reason. You will receive a notice on where your package is. When receiving this notice, you are fully responsible for collecting the package. Monjoi will have no responsibility when notice was given with instructions on where to collect the package. If you for any reason do not collect the package, it will be sent back to our office. If that is the case and you still want the order, you as a costumer will bear the cost of sending the package again. Monjoi will have the right of charging the full amount for the shipping cost from the costumer, no matter what country.

Complaints Terms

It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered or, you shall also contact us within 30 days from receiving the product. Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form on the contact page. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly with instructions on how to return the item. Defective products returned to Monjoi should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, a fee of 10 USD in shipping return will be charged. Monjoi has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.


Monjoi’s responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Monjoi bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.

Force Majeure

Monjoi shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.

Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Monjoi or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Monjoi.

User content

The www.monjoi.com website may include user generated content from for example social media applications. Monjoi does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it. In case you for example suspect a violation of copyright, or any other right, or otherwise is offended by such content, please contact our customer service.

Retention of title

All products remain in Monjoi property until full payment is made.


All attempts at fraud reported to the police and Monjoi reserves the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion is raised.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and your use of the www.monjoi.com website are governed by Swedish law. To the extent permitted by law, Swedish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website, subject to Monjoi’s right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.


Monjoi reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your use of the www.monjoi.com website at its sole discretion. For example if Monjoi suspects that you have breached this terms of use. Such termination can be made without prior notice.


Monjoi may revise these terms of use from time to time. Every time you order a product from us, the general conditions in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and Monjoi. You should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current terms to which you are bound.
